4. Audit Trails and Account Restrictions

The site editor retains the right to deny access to any user if deemed necessary to protect the data herein. A significant portion of activities on the site are being logged as they occur. Logging of activities is performed for the sole purpose of monitoring events and/or actions that could require individual accountability for audit purposes or to detect possible tampering attempts. All activates relating to your Customer ID are made available by accessing the “Audit Log” module. Access to this module is limited to Customer Administrators. The site editor has read-only access to all activities regardless of Customer ID.

5. Editing or Inactivating your account information

You are provided with the ability to edit the information stored for your user account information. By visiting the “Users” module, your Company Administrators change any and all information about your account with the exception of the Login/Username. Administrators may also mark the accounts as Inactive, thereby denying access to the site.

6. Changes to this privacy policy

Changes may be made to this policy from time to time. You will be notified of substantial changes to this policy either by the posting of a prominent announcement on the site, and/or by a mail message sent to the e-mail address you have provided, which is stored within your user settings.

7. NO GUARANTEES

While this privacy policy states standards for maintenance of data, and while efforts will be made to meet the said standards, the site editor is not in a position to guarantee compliance with these standards. There may be factors beyond the site editor's control that may result in disclosure of data.
